Nestled amidst the verdant landscapes of Columbus, Ohio, lies a gem of a venue that promises an ethereal escape into the world of whimsy and wonder. White Willow Meadows, a brand-new entrant to the Columbus event scene, recently played host to an editorial styled shoot that can only be described as a floral dream. Picture this: walls adorned with cascading blooms, ceilings dressed in vibrant hues, and every corner bursting with an explosion of colors – welcome to a luxury floral paradise!
The brainchild of the visionary duo, Heather Benge and Alexia Woolums, the editorial shoot at White Willow Meadows was a testament to their impeccable taste and meticulous planning. As the architects behind the concept and planning, they brought together a team of talented vendors who collectively transformed the venue into a haven of opulence and extravagance.
At the heart of this botanical symphony were the students of Intrigue Designs workshop, who showcased their prowess in floral design with breathtaking arrangements that seemed to defy gravity. With the support of White Willow Meadows as the floral co-host and Jet Fresh Flowers providing the freshest blooms, the result was nothing short of magical.
Dahlias and delphiniums took center stage, courtesy of Balls Brothers Cut Flowers, infusing the space with a radiant warmth that enveloped every guest in its embrace. Lova Candles added a touch of romance with their flickering flames, casting a soft glow over the festivities and enhancing the allure of the floral wonderland.
Nuage Designs Inc. provided the linens, while Details Flowers supplied the floral software, ensuring that every detail was meticulously curated and flawlessly executed. Oasis Floral Products America supplied the essential tools, allowing the creative vision to come to life with ease and precision.
Denise Does Bridal and Eigensee Artistry worked their magic with hair and makeup, enhancing the natural beauty of the models and completing their transformation into ethereal goddesses. White Sands Bridal provided the exquisite jewelry, adding a touch of sparkle to the ensemble.
J Char Designs wowed with their stationery and signage, while Spencer’s Sugar Shop delighted with a delectable cake that was almost too beautiful to eat. Primetime Party and Event Rental provided the tabletop rentals, and Lost and Found Rentals added a vintage touch with their eclectic collection of furniture.
Last but certainly not least, Bochic Bridal Boutique provided the stunning gowns that adorned the models, adding an element of grace and elegance to the proceedings.
As the sun set over White Willow Meadows, casting a golden glow over the floral wonderland below, it was clear that this editorial shoot had succeeded in creating a moment of pure magic. With its over-the-top florals, colorful details, and a team of talented vendors working in perfect harmony, White Willow Meadows had truly been transformed into a vision straight out of a fairytale.
